We live in a world where 'might makes right' enabling others with more might to ignore your rights. Could Nostr counteract this? Nostr security and privacy could really change the playing fiel, protecting judges and jury. Imagine hurting someone, having a case brought against you, losing, and that verdict splashed all over social media. The case could be a private or public group owned by the plaintiff, who invites a judge, who invites jury members after reading the initial writ, then inviting defendant to join and run his defence.
They don't ignore your rights when you sue them
Hey Dissenter, do you have litigation experience? If yes, in what jurisdiction?
In EU, your rights are ignored even in court.
Thanks.
I don't teach. There are many TG channels for that and the information is free.
I wanted to check if you had practical experience with "sue them".
But why would the defendant participate?
