They work fine. All you have to do is add the relay to your relay lists and you start showing up on at least the global feeds of, whatever ditto relays you add.
Ok so this is a bit like the outcome of nip42 AUTH and isolating a relay
Do notes broadcast beyond ditto relay if user does not isolate their relays just to the ditto relay?
