What in the horses mind will convince him to drink? It needs to be relatively simple to understand and trust. Needs to be verifiably to help gain that trust. Once the people truly understand fiat, they will become skeptical and maybe even black pilled. "Just do it" would make a horrible plan. Might need something more convincing for the general public.
