 ok friend, officially back working out, have had 3 workouts in the gym this week

September 1 WE RIDE

 
 I've been sick for three days now so have been slacking. I have been keeping up with my 5mi average a day walking. This weekend I'm going to swim some laps, and throw my kids in the pool. My plan is to hit the pull up bar and steps again too. We shall see how tomorrow goes though.  
 well done, hard to go wen sick, warm up month for September :)
