I’m looking forward to trying it but also still considering where it best fits for me. I used to run a node but with the self custodial wallet apps like Breez, I don’t have need to run my own always-on node any more. The paid option hosted by Alby might make sense at some point, but for now the fee is steep considering I’d only be using it to receive zaps, which aren’t typically high in amount. While I think Alby Hub is an amazing product, it’s a bit overkill for what I need right now.

Can you post zap without nostr wallet connect NWC..?
Honestly not sure. When you try and zap without NWC does it give you an invoice? I don’t want to disconnect mine and have to set it up again 😆
lol Nah no invoice or wallet called. it does the pretend zap event but then returns a fail response - when it realises no wallet was called to action 😂

should work, but the pretend zap sounds like it may still have NWC connected. @SOUTHSIDE which wallet are you trying to use?
Ok so here’s what I found. I deleted my NWC connection and selected Zeus as my wallet in my Nostur settings. If I try to send a zap by long pressing the zap button on a note then it seems to think NWC is still connected. But if I just tap on the zap button on a note, then it launches Zeus and I can send the zap. So it appears to be an issue with long pressing the zap button.
