calorie counting is wrong. low carb is the way.

you could do two meals, intermittent fasting and low carb and stay fit.
pretty incredible when people claim things are wrong considering I have the lived experience to say otherwise (for me at least). I have done what you have claimed to be true and it doesn’t work for me.
It’s simple biology. Exercise coupled with reduced food intake = weight loss. Main thing is not to skew things so that you miss out on hydration, essential vitamins, proteins/amino acids, some fats, salts and yes simple sugars (glucose - the body’s fuel). And I can pretty much guarantee that your single meal will covers those easily on a daily basis.
I usually eat things like this every day which i think covers a lot https://i.nostr.build/O3ofCeWmsS4Fio8J.jpg https://i.nostr.build/PiY48lqDjBKZLpLo.jpg https://i.nostr.build/aKwm9HluEtvoPrHt.jpg https://i.nostr.build/utjobygefyAcAPEd.jpg
 Jesus that all looks delicious
 Yep - perfect. 👌🏼
Steaks and Whisky? Wann try that as well 🤭
do U do all the prep? very presentable!
If I’m cooking a steak it’s just a steak, i can’t cook. I walk 10k to a restaurant and back. I think it’s the most time efficient way to get exercise and a meal in between working, but i usually bring my laptop and work there as well.

calorie counting assumes fats are the enemy because they have "huge calories". fats are your friend.

carbs cause insulin spike, resulting in converting glucose into fat storage. low carbs = low storage

restaurants use terrible oil (unless it is a health conscious one). you may start with that if you are not having results. after healthy oil switch it has a longer half life to be removed from body (you may see results in two years).
I will keep eating bananas and enjoy it

this is folklore. and denies the basic principles of how insulin and fat storage work.
