It’s simple biology. Exercise coupled with reduced food intake = weight loss. Main thing is not to skew things so that you miss out on hydration, essential vitamins, proteins/amino acids, some fats, salts and yes simple sugars (glucose - the body’s fuel). And I can pretty much guarantee that your single meal will covers those easily on a daily basis.
I usually eat things like this every day which i think covers a lot https://i.nostr.build/O3ofCeWmsS4Fio8J.jpg https://i.nostr.build/PiY48lqDjBKZLpLo.jpg https://i.nostr.build/aKwm9HluEtvoPrHt.jpg https://i.nostr.build/utjobygefyAcAPEd.jpg
do U do all the prep? very presentable!
If I’m cooking a steak it’s just a steak, i can’t cook. I walk 10k to a restaurant and back. I think it’s the most time efficient way to get exercise and a meal in between working, but i usually bring my laptop and work there as well.
