It might be genocide, I'm not a linguist. I think it's better to just say that they want them gone somehow.

It seems they believe that if they retaliate with overwhelming force, that Palestinians will be "beaten into submission".  But I don't think it works like that. It might work that way with animals, breaking an animals spirit like a horse... but once a creature has 'religion' they will die for their cause, their spirit can't be broken.  So IMHO they are not doing it to "kill them all" but I think that they won't get what they are seeking unless the do commit genocide, so I don't see how this ends well. 

 The only thing Muslims submit to is God, so Israel will not get anyone submitting to them
