 Ive been thinking about doing this. Do you just take everything off then throw the pulled apart body into a boiling pot for broth?

 The big problem with chickens are the feed. It's extremely difficult to source chickens in their ancestral likeness.

I purchase bulk from Miller's and store in a space freezer. Pastured, no soy or corn, ancestrally grazed and rotated, reasonable supplemental feed.
