@d8402a8b I used an ale yeast this time, the theory is that it doesn't make the cider totally dry, will see how it works out. Also an experiment with using 2 types of juice, one is a premium not from concentrate and unfiltered; Ryan's Apple Cider. The rest is commodity apple juice from concentrate. Adding a cup of glucose (aka corn sugar) to each, and half teaspoon of yeast nutrient. Will see the results when bottling in a month or two.
