Day 5 of eating only meat, dairy, and fruit, and I’m exhausted. Sleeping 9h every night and little energy to workout. Been told it’s normal. On the plus side, my gut is feeling so much better 🙌

Sounds good I think many people are allergic to grains and don't even know it
I read “so, no gains, basically?” lol Yes, no grains! I might have some level of intolerance. I feel terrible whenever I have a lot of sugar too!
You sleep nine hours every night? Wow
Mind you, I’ve been jet lagged too, but I’ve been sleeping so hard for the past 5 days. I usually sleep 6-7h 😅
Are you only drinking water or what else?
Water with salt and lemon first thing in the morning. Then plain water and coffee. Might need to add some mineral salts to stay hydrated 😅
