Yoink, humans gonna wake up sooner or later.
Luckily body can regenerate and DNA can recover if supported appropriately with nature pure body and sunlight. And meditation!
Don’t forget yoga. A critical component IMHO.

The hill I will die on - More men need to take up the practice of yoga.
Yep, never done it. But yep totally see benefits in other men i know
I started yoga at the tender age of 51 and two years later the impact on not just the body but overall attitude and disposition has been genuinely shocking.
How did you start? At home? Classes?
Classes in a studio and it was rough at the start. Had to overcome what I saw as the absurdity of it all. Only man in the room and basically twice the age of all the other (female, mind you) students.

Teacher was massively supportive and said to ignore all of that and there was no judgment. She just stressed the importance of being consistent.

Easily in the top five decisions of my life. That’s how impactful it’s been.
 🔥🤙
Really that big? What does consistent mean, you went to classes once a week, or more? Did you practice at home when class was not held or do video classes on those days?
Yes and I can't even express just how positively impactful doing yoga three times a week has been for me personally.

As mentioned earlier, the issue was getting over the stereotype that "yoga is just for women".

Have done practice at home following alongside a video, but it just isn't the same. For me, I just didn't find that I pushed to the same extent as if I were in class. It took about three months, but at that point I just made certain that yoga class would be in my weekly routine and made certain to prioritize the time.
So are you telling me those women are onto something with the regular yoga in-person sessions? That everyone should be doing it?
I'm very into health but I never felt like in-person yoga was necessary, nor thought about it at all. I have been very satisfied with daily calisthenics and regular stretching. You'd still recommend yoga class?
the were bullied into the vax and now I to denying the vax. poor sheeple. for those women who took it you can detox from spike protein by finding Dr Peter McCulloughs site and using his detox stack. it's natural also so all good! takes a while but can help. there are also karmic issue with the vax. if interested ask and I'll yell you how to fix that also
 Sad but true
