 She did. Gluten and dairy free for our friends and still delicious. 
 I could have easily made the pies gluten and dairy free. I know for the future. I’d love the gnocchi recipe. So tasty! 
 We sauté two kinds of mushrooms in olive oil, salt and pepper then minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and when everything is cooked together I add the gnocchis and generously drizzle with truffle infused olive oil. I usually shred enough shredded pecorino to cover the pan and add fresh arugula on top. 😊
