What we need is a standard way to import these that the clients can easily deal with.  I went through an earlier list of yours and added the relays and the experience took longer than it should have.  Maybe I should write a NIP for that if one doesn’t exist already.

 I don't think a need is needed. Clients can easily just parce the text string.
