Does anybody issue regular press releases about their Nostr stuff? (I really don't know, just trying to help brainstorm)

I can't compare services. I won't try it. I signed up for early access & never got the green light. I assume that was because I was never very vocal on Twitter. That alone felt disingenuous to me.
