This shelf in my library goes into great depth on the topic of the ecclesia (church) as God's decentralized governance structure:

 Happy Lord's Day (Sunday), Frens!
Jesus is KING!
("Christ" MEANS "King" - as well as "prophet" and "priest").

No. "Christ" means simply the Anointed One, maybe a King or a Devil.

The the "Lord's Day" is the Sabbath or Shabat, which is Saturday.

If you are gonna spout religios crap, at least get your terminology correct.
There are three kinds of people annointed in scripture; prophets, priests, and kings.

"Christ" is not an English word. Left untranslated, it has confused Western readers and not conveyed the magnitude of Jesus' office. "King" best conveys his present claim to rule the world (Psalm 2).

The identity of "The Lord's Day" with respect to which day of the week it is has been hotly debated for far longer than you or I have lived. I would be happy to hear your evidence for the position you've taken, but I'm not looking for a debate.

My children were anointed with water when they were baptized. It just means "chosen" or "blessed". You missed it on The Lord's Day as well. Hotly debated lol. Shabbat has historically been Saturday. You have nothing on the Seventh Day Adventists lolol.

I have the equivalent of a doctorate in OT theology from Grace Theological Seminary in Warsaw, Indiana so no, I won't debate you.
I'd be more than content to see English translations of the Bible actually render "Christ" as "annointed." Perhaps then at least most English speakers wouldn't assume that it is Jesus' surname.😃
Funny as hell. My mother actually thought that Christ was Jesus's last name.

Joseph and Mary Christ. lolol
Yah, that's my greatest concern; transliterations like that obscure who Jesus is.
I don't mean to delude you. Jesus was a fictional character created by the Romans to diffuse the Maccabee rebellion.

Unpopular but true.
Thanks for clarifying your position, Fren😃; I'll clarify mine by reference to my nostr profile and by pointing to a particular article I wrote some years ago:👇

Whatever your current theological position is, my greatest hope is that you prove all things and hold fast to that which is true.

Even if the truth hurts.
The Romans never expected their deception to have such long lasting unintended consequences.
Could you imagine in 4100 AD a preacher quoting "It says here in 1st Twitter 17a4:123c that 'Trump Tower makes the best tacos.' Shall we pray." Trump had no idea his lie would last two thousand years.
Exactly. You understand. This is rare and you should be be proud and humble at the same time.

But you already know what I mean....
 wow you're so smart
 Did you want to dance?
