from what i understood, in the beginning for about a month you can eat as much fatty meats until you are comfortably stuffed. try not to eat a few hours before going to sleep for better sleep quality. i have been doing that for over a month now and it felt great. i mostly ate beef and maybe once a week chicken, deer, fish, lamb and pig, lots of himalaya salt and water. i had some diarrhea in the beginning but it passed after a few days.
i am now confident that i can reverse some medical issues continuing that diet.

for breakfast, i sometimes have fried bacon and eggs, or smashed softboiled eggs with butter but most days i just skipped it.
