Tell me the story of your bitcoin journey in 5 lines or less. Best story wins 100k sats.
im just here to see if you zap reply guy 100k
Lolol so far he’s winning
Fucked up my knee. Lost my wife and cats. Learned about Bitcoin. Got a loan to buy Bitcoin. Bitcoin, carnivore and Nostr only.
My grandfather started a branch of the Fed. I always wondered what that meant. Then, lockdown happened. Bitcoin tapped me on the shoulder and said I wasn't going to think about anything else. Since then, I have seen the face of God.
Not much of a story to tell, I got tired of my money becoming more and more useless so I did research and started stacking in 2022. Stack, Hodl, Repeat Over and over again.
Working wallstreet. Lax teammate of @MartyBent from my hometown tells me to listen to TFTC. Self realization and depression creeps in. All in, quit wallstreet job. Happy.
My wife got pregnant around the time the government locked me in my house and I realized they're stealing my money and giving it to themselves so I decided not to be fat and stupid, got in the gym, fed my child and wife and bought btc.
Silk Road > Drugs > Bitcoin > Epiphany
Whoops thought it said 5 words or less
Reuters fuds Bitcoin. Curiosity awakened.
Heard about it in 2014, dismissed it. In 2017, I fell down the rabbit hole thanks mainly to my dad. Did a tiny bit of shitcoining for the first couple of months, got clean, and have been a maxi ever since. In 2020 I started my Bitcoin Art journey 🧡
>2017 watch banking on bitcoin doc >Buy BTC on CB and ignore voice saying “why do I need a 3rd party?” >2020 get stimmy check - immediately do a deep dive on BTC >2022-2024 all savings in BTC plus my full time job is BTC related >2030 retire and dedicate my life to homeschooling all my lil Bitcoiners
In a crumbling society, I was in search of a place to call home, to find freedom, to escape the concrete jungle forced upon my very being. I traveled far and wide only to land in a developing society called...Nostr. I was then struck by lightning. Forever marked.
1. 2017 saw the BTC light and went all in with amount willing to risk. 2. Set up Bitcoin Core self-host from home with LND. 3. Set up cloud instance of BTCPay Server/LND/RTL. 4. 2023 nostr journey started. 5. 2024 Nix/Nixos, and AlbyHub journey started.
Wondered why everything has been deteriorating Look at politics and government...can't be fixed Look at economics and buisness...can't be changed Look at money and who controls it....can't fixed Find Bitcoin and freedom tech...this solves everything
I started and invested in my 401K and Roth IRA before most of my peers. Little did I know, this discipline built the long-time preference muscle I didn’t know I needed. When Bitcoin came along, the high and lows didn’t affect me much. I was ready to stay humble and stack for decades.
Read Jeff Booth's book, one eyebrow raised Read Lyn Alden's book, second eyebrow raised, bought some Read Saifedean, looked around at who were adopters, mind blown All in (cold storage) Orange pilling softly when I can, doing my small part in all this. Hope one day to win my bread from the ecosystem (and put my works hours on it), but baby steps
True story. Relative introduced me to Bitcoin in 2020 and I dismissed it as a Ponzi. Bought some and sold it in 2020 not understanding what I held. Fell down the rabbit hole with NGU and studied it intensely. Now I can’t shut up about it at family gatherings and everyone suffers including the one who has no conviction who introduced it to me in the first place.
I was losing interest. Then #nostr and #cashu came along. Now I really see a way to break old models and change the world.
What is cashu ?
A boring classic story here (denier to believer). But I bought as much bitcoin as I can while living abroad from 2019-2023. Now I'm back in my home country where bitcoin is illegal and no off-ramp is available for me. Best hodl situation ever.
A friend from high school told me about it and I went home and got to the order screen with my dad's credit card. I never pressed buy and it took me until 2017 for things to click. The flip side is that now my parents, in-laws, and immediately family get it too.
Survived suicide. Took a different exit out of this broken world.
Glad you’re still here with us brother. You win the sats. That’s a hell of a story.
Thanks for the sats. I did a post recently about the experience actually. https://njump.me/nevent1qqsgglmkm3thhlxlwf9k098ppgwamadu8jg3e252jehpsjrpq50d4vgpzpmhxue69uhkummnw3ezumt0d5hsyg8zyhd6h7xtrhepxn3nn9p2zf6nx378pn3x9gfmatan6jfhyz0xtvpsgqqqqqqse0qhvq
Empathy and compassion. Hugs 🫂
Purchased $500 worth in 2012 Got paper hands, sold it all Listened to RHR in 2018 Started stacking, diamond hands 💎 Full node , self- custody since 2020
1. 2017, heard random dude’s rant about forever wars and how #Bitcoin takes it away from them. 2. Took few weeks to figure where to buy and how. 3. Heard some other dude’s rant about network effects using Coca-Cola as example and how institutions would only buy anything that has the biggest network effect. Same year so got convinced. 4. Still didn’t get why shitcoins exist and learned lessons after loosing some stack 5. Started watching Saylor, finally understand and went all in and never looked back.
Convinced my friends NOT to buy bitcoin in 2012, magic internet money for buying drugs. Convinced my friends NOT to buy in 2013, massive bubble. Convinced my friends NOT to buy in 2014, bubble popped it’s going to $0. 2017 went down the rabbit hole, couldn’t sleep, read everything, this was the thing I was searching for. Convinced all my friends to stay humble and stack sats, 2018 to present.
Never took an SSRI Never took a statin Never took the mRNA Never sold a sat
1- Heard from a friend. 2- Start shitcoining then leave shitcoining. 3- Start trading bitcoin then leave trading bitcoin. 4- DCA and HOLD. 5- Never selling.
1.Bought some sats from a friend that traded bitcoin on Localbitcoins.com. I miscalculated how much money I had as a poor student and ended up living off of one meal a day of oatmeal and water for the next 10 days. 2. Started reading more about cryptography and cRyPtO. Started trading bitcoin and shitcoins, lost some and won some. 3. 2017/2018 bubble burst, lost interest until mid-bear market when I read @saifedean's Bitcoin Standard book and suddenly realized how important Bitcoin is. Then covid lockdowns came and I had a lot more time to dive deeper into the rabbit hole. 4. Since then I've been able to learn more, to build more, to participate more in stuff I think is important, and last but not least prioritize the scarcest currency on earth: my own time here.
Started a coinbase acct in Jan.2019 because I had been watching a lot of Andreas videos. Got to day drinking one day, and went onto coinbase to finally take the drunken plunge. Hit the buy button for $500 worth, but it didn't seem like it took, so hit it again, still didn't seem to take my order. Long story short, I ended up buying over 1 btc. Wife wasn't happy, but she's a maxi now.
- Full time athlete (track and field) - Don’t make 2012 Games, get1st tech job - Get into CrYpTo, shitcoins /NFTs - Hear Lex Friedman interview Saylor in ‘22 - Bitcoin only baby!!!!⚡️
In 2011, a friend who works in the internet and cyber defense department of the police first introduced me to Bitcoin. He told me about the irreversible transactions. At the time, I didn't understand much and dismissed it as a scam. However, the thought stayed with me until 2017, when I finally started to dive deeper into Bitcoin. Since then, my journey hasn't stopped, and I'm grateful my friend pointed it out to me.
Had to pay ransdomware in something called bitcoin. 1.5BTC or $500usd at the time. Went to a sketchy website called VirWox to buy Linden Dollars to be able to trade for bitcoin. Fun times.
1) 2019: Gold bug laughed at BTC with fellow physicians in Drs lounge cuz we’d be poor stewards of our BTC…u know “password123” and all🙈 2) 2020: debated with son in law using same tired gold bug arguments🤓 3) 2021: read BTC standard to prepare for future debates…”huh”…”wtf there may be sumthin to this stupidity” 🤯 4) 2022: BTC hitting all time high at ~$69k…damn I’m too late …but then BTC falls to $38k…I try and by thru shit coin exchange (which will not be named) and by the time my purchase went thru price is $43K…what the what?…this is gonna be wild😳 5) started listening to Odell, Swan BTC cafe, tftc and TIP podcasts…learned to run a node and self custody …and have been a “BTC retard” ever since🌅
1. Saw Elon tweet about DOGE and bought some 2. Made money and thought Elon was a genius 3. Educated myself about Bitcoin and money 4. I now understand Bitcoin (and maybe money) better than the richest man on earth 5. I now own way too much Bitcoin for my comfort zone, but it still isn’t enough I keep humbly stacking 😤
-lights out- fall, hands a-clasped, into instantaneous ecstasy like a shot of heroin or morphine, the gland inside of my brain discharging the good glad fluid (Holy Fluid) as i hap-down and hold all my body parts down to a deadstop trance-Healing all my sicknesses-erasing all-not even the shred of a "I-hope-you" or a Loony Balloon left in it, but the mind blank, serene, thoughtless. When a thought comes a-springing from afar with its held- forth figure of image, you spoof it out, you spuff it off, you fake it, and it fades, and thought never comes-and with joy you realize for the first time "thinking's just like not thinking- So I don't have to think any more about money"
1. Bro: You should really invest your money. Me: ok 2. I invest money, learn about investing and crypto as well. 3. Me: well that's interesting... Buys lots of sats 4. Sell the investment I previously made to buy more sats 5. Me: bro you really need bitcoin! Bro: what?
Join Navy. Be complicit in murder overseas. Learn Rothbard. Learn software dev. Land at Big Tech. Enter COVID doom loop. Discover bitcoin end of 2021. Ape in all big tech stock by May '22. Study. Podcasts. Meetup started. Laser eyes. Carnivore. Try industry job. Lack of PoW. Start OSS career. Now full time bitcoiner and better husband, father and community member.
1- Read about it around 2010. 2- Ignored it for 11 years (plus short shitcoining period around 2015). 3- Went down rabbit hole in 2021, figured out I was a bitcoiner all this time, sold everything (literally) and went 100% in. 4- Still stacking - came for the gainz, stayed for the people! Bitcoiners rock. 5- Hope to make it to conferences soon 💪😎
1) 2012 buy #BTC to buy "Things" on Silk Rd. 2) Get high on aforementioned said "Things". 3) Forget about #BTC. 4) 2020 now, rediscover #BTC and cry lots of tears realising I spent way North of 100k (In today's prices) at step 1 on a very small amount of "Things"☹️. 5) Recover composure from step 4, read lots of books, listen to lots of people, buy lots of #BTC......*You are here*
Owned a shitty cafe in a small town and rode around on a vespa circa 2017. I liked drinking wholesale wine and having someone cook my food every night. Sold the restaurant and had money to invest so I bought expensive wine. My buddy said look on coinbase, I bought LTC for $17, it went to $280 at christmas, figured out it was shit when charlie sold his so I traded it into bitcoin. Never sold and I've been learning ever since. Booyah
Read the Creature from Jekyll Island. 2 days later, found an article about Bitcoin. Decided to not condemn w/o investigation. Listened to Bitcoin podcasts & audiobooks. Became fully orange pilled. 😎 https://i.pinimg.com/originals/8e/32/d1/8e32d16c6146af788259fa62706d57fb.jpg

My wife went to Cuba with spending cash, her sister had a hotel room. They didn't let my wife stay in the room. Tried booking her one. US sanctions prevented it. Used Bitcoin instead. Rabbit hole activated! 💪
to save my family fiat savings, btw can someone zap me 1 sat to see if my wallet work
Doesn't work
I am new to btc/nostr but been in the OSS space for about 5 years so this is kinda my #introduction Hear about btc around 2017, dismiss it - "it's going to zero" , " insert shitcoin is better" etc etc 2021 comes get some coinbase airdrops and some covid money in but not nearly enough Decide it's a good idea to spread out my money on coinbase in case one of the coins moons (not a winning strategy) This year listen to saylor on lex Fridman, start watching btc university, saifedean and eventually simply bitcoin ->get orange pilled->Begin my DCA journey before the digital gold rush. I'm exiting fiat now, not buying bitcoin
Coincidentally, I just wrote mine as my last note. But it is not 5 lines or less.
~2014: - Learn about this new internet money, sounds cool, where do I get this? - Register at an exchange, find out I need to scan ID for KYC, said fuck that and didn't buy 2017: - boom + bust, yeah glad I didn't get in on the hype 2020 till now: - It's still here, might need to finally bite the (KYC) bullet. start accumulating, "diversify" into shitcoins as well, realise I'm a moron, reverse course to BTC only, read @LynAlden book, conviction stronger than ever, set up my nodes, research every day. Funnily enough, the exchange I didn't want to KYC at went bankrupt. I probably would've been burned so bad I'd have maybe never returned 🤷♂️ Not in it for the best story, and way over 5 lines, just here to say my conviction went exponential as well...
bro mentioned it showed node, got all technical didnt get it few years later bought
My friend Satoshi asked me for some tips in cryptography, said he was building digital money. I laughed and taught him about ECDSA, and how to use some crypto libs in C and C++. A few years later, he's all over the news! Damn...
In no way is this story true, I don't believe it 🤣
1)2013 Saw bitcoin on a poker forum. I thought it was for degenerates 2)2015 Saw bitcoin a second time in libertarian circles. Started being slightly curious 3) 2019 read the book bitcoin billionaires and learned about the Cyprus bank seizing event. Decided to start buying slightly end of 2019 4) 2020 Covid scam. Started buying more. 5) 2022 After thousands of hours listening to books, reading bitcoin twitter and listening to podcasts, Went ALL IN
This is the best engagement method I've ever seen on NOSTR. zaps are such a feature 🤝⚡ nostr:note14uptdax9wst8ff33ajnslxqegrh82v42aff4fhs6q7gjmr9td4rs7sn5y5
Wife and I took self-custody of education by homeschooling 4 kids. Got rugged with fiat jobs. Created bitcoin game to orange pill lovely wife. Created company (Free Market Kids), podcast (Bitcoin Homeschoolers), and most recently a non-profit (Free and Open Source Education (FOSE) Foundation). Happy hodling!
Have a url for FOSE?
FOSEfoundation.org
Thanks So I skimmed the website. Is the foundation’s goal just basically to digitize the board games? The way you described it in the earlier post is it was homeschool curriculum (for lack of better word) is how I understood it. For context , we homeschool our son. Currently use MiAcademy for “core subjects”. 1. It’s ok but still too “school” based in our opinion. 2. Looking for more real life / business skills education (which we have as his parents; but not necessarily looking to reinvent the wheel if I don’t have to) 3. Example, he’s into video editing so I’m essentially having to hobble together a “course” for him from YouTube vids and other paid courses we have access to that teach actual pro level video editing and business uses. —- So anyways…trying to understand your foundation as it relates to free and open source education…like what is the scope you hope to educate on…is it mainly the Bitcoin and finance stuff?
- my brother invested in it - I didn’t understand him, I thought it was a ponzi - I started studying why he invested in it - I ended up buying, running a node, started mining and never stopped studying - I stayed for the revolution ✊🏻
In 1942, my father was invited by Geoffrey Pyke to participate in the Habakkuk project. For personal reasons, he ended up not participating in the construction of the famous ice and sawdust aircraft carrier, but it was thanks to this that he met and befriended a Japanese-American cryptologist who was beginning to make a name for himself within American military circles. At the time, he was known only as “Little Grasshopper.” Later, he would adopt the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto. In 2005, when my father passed away, Nakamoto contacted me to pay his respects, and that’s how he discovered my interest in cryptography and distributed processing. At the time, he told me he was working on a personal project, but since his knowledge of distributed processing and P2P networks was limited, he needed help from someone with more experience. I suggested some contacts I had, but he insisted: “I need someone of extreme trust, someone who is practically family.” And that’s the story of my Bitcoin journey!
So there I was pontificating about NFTs before Wednesday night church, when a group of bitcoining Christian’s convinced me of bitcoin only in less than four hours. I took down my NFTs and aped in with my wife’s old 401k.
This is gonna Be like taking Candy from A baby ……wait, shit!
Got debanked abroad when i went to the wrong country. Got debanked in USA because i put a renter in my house. Beyond frusterated so I Googled "how to send money to anyone anytime" found an A. Anntonopilis talk to an empty room. Bought the corn. Been preeching since
It was always meant to be as there are no coincidences. - Worked at a bank trading in dotcom days witnessing Wolf of Wall Street type bullshit. - Moved to Japan (whether Satoshi is Japanese or not). - Lived in Vancouver and met nostr:nprofile1qqsg86qcm7lve6jkkr64z4mt8lfe57jsu8vpty6r2qpk37sgtnxevjcpp4mhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mqpp3mhxue69uhkyunz9e5k7qgkwaehxw309ahx7um5wghx7mnnv968xtn0wfnsurtqc6 (still have a BuildDirect golf shirt) in '08/09 (still before coin). - Became a trucker and the convoy happened (thanks Trudeau!) in which nostr:nprofile1qqspgzz3qcml9esk5p5zzwyupqnk2rxcpv6pdueew35c9vnxwdsjwuqpr9mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wdmksetjv5hxxmmd9uyaaxu9 final-pilled me.
First heard of it in 2011, and thought it interesting. Did not move on it til 2015, missing out on Mt.Gox Hack. Studied it and Coinbase to determine if it was safe to buy and invest in. Moved it from Coinbase to paper backup with scribble on computer, which was scary as hell. Moved from paper to Hardware, which again was scary to do.
In 2016, the theology professor mentioned magical money on the internet. The #bitcoin community on YouTube and Twitter informed and then educated me. Now, I am sure it all makes sense and meets the great need in the global and local economy. Just when I thought I was in the right place, the war between Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash exploded, along with threats from China and fears that governments would ban it. I survived, and the education continues on #nostr
I had a startup that predicted financial market moves based on government actions and regulations. The software began following bitcoin in 2013. But I didn't buy any. In 2021 we got a crypto client and really focused on bitcoin and I orange pilled myself. Stacked since then.
Worked the fiat mines for 49 years now. Friend asked about bitcoin (Jan 21) cause I'm a tech guy; told him it was bad and boiled the oceans. Told me to listen to Preston's Pod and by ep 5 with Saylor I was in. Booked a vault demo with Justine Harper of UC and she was so reasonable that I skipped shit coins. Now I have no fucking chairs and could not be happier - The end, and the beginning.
So here’s the deal: I knew about Bitcoin way back—Pizza Day, remember? But did I buy? No, I was losing thousands on poker instead. Fast forward to COVID, I’m stuck in hotels, eating pizza, watching Saylor and Breedlove talk Bitcoin like it’s the cure for everything. Now? I’m stacking sats like it’s a survival kit, figuring out how to change the world. But let’s be real—I’m still ordering pizza.
Heard about Bitcoin in late 2011 and dismissed it. I learned about the Silk Road late 2012 through Ron Paul campaign circles. I ended up ordering a pot brownie to test Bitcoin. To my surprise a brownie arrived in the mail lol. Went down a rabbit hole after. Context I never done a drug in my life. That brownie was left in my room for a while before I threw it out LOL. Opened my eyes that Bitcoin could be legit Freedom Money. Tested sports gambling with Nitrogensport next. During that time US was hostile towards that industry shutting all their bank accounts. Worked so flawlessly. Enforced to me Bitcoin was freedom money. Still took me until 2014-2015 to go all in. Trace Mayer was the guy that made my conviction go through the roof. Made it longer so you dont pick me as a winner. Quote note your original note with your story in 5 lines as well.
I was masturbating to ducks. I kept jerking it. I kept jerking it. I came. That's the story.
My business partner in 2010 was an active reddit user so we started accepting online payments for our niche organic product at half a coin per unit when BTC was $89. I moved off grid, started a family, a farm and a few small businesses. I found nostr in 2022 and am here again as an eary adopter.
Curious Waching Stumble
I just love believing in things and love the song "don't stop believing" and then @Secretary Janet Yellen started podcast "don't stop believing until 100k"
I love that song. I have to admit I heard it first on Glee :) https://primal.net/e/note1n4lthf92vqwjz3lfvk770ppa2etdm4wnstpqaul0hpt86gcackrszfv9wf
THIS is the best story? LMAO
1) Up 2) Down 3) Left 4) Right 5) ENGAGE SAYLOR MODE HODL!
2014 found #Bitcoin 2016 was sure that everything can and should be embedded on the blockchain 2017 understood the limitations of the block space, started shitcoining, was sure that Nano or KMD is the future 2018 lost almost everything 2019 -> Bitcoin only
My Colombian X-girlfriends communist mother asked me about bitcoin in 2019 thinking I was smart. I answered her with all the standard economically unenlightened and illiterate FUD. COVID happened and my gut told me the world was not as I thought. Began stacking in 2021 after studying the monetary system intensely.
1. April 2018: Me and wife, also some cats. 2. September 2019: family drama, lawyers and CPS involved, tldr we now have 3 kids aged 4 and under! 3. November 2019: Wife has a stroke, can’t work anymore 4. March 2020: the world goes to absolute shit, and we’ve ***already*** lost an income and more than doubled our house size and my paralyzed wife is trying to homeschool toddlers while i work but holy fuck what a mess 5: 2021: ****now**** I get orange-pilled, finally have real hope that maybe just maybe won’t have to work until i die; stacking sats is incredibly difficult, i think i have the biggest ratio of conviction:holdings of any person on the fucking planet
Googled it for the first time in 2016. Learned about blockchain, wallets, first altcoins, exchange APIs, node.js, TypeScript and AWS. Built co-located high frequency market making relative value trading bot fleet before hedge funds came into play. Made a fortune. Now a bitcoin maxi and lightning dev.
Saw someone recommend ETH on my grad FB network page 2017 Bought ETH and watched it and BTC go up Traded shitcoins and bought more ETH and BTC $$$ Wrecked in 2018-2019 but did the BTC rabbit hole research Sold everything but bitcoin and hardcore stacked 2019 on
I was watching a Tastytrade show one morning when they bought 1 Bitcoin for $700 just to learn about it. I followed along, bought some, and spent the next several weeks learning everything I could. At the time, I was trading at a Wall Street firm and decided to put 10% of my paycheck into Bitcoin every month. My friends laughed when I told them about this 'magic internet money,' and I often felt stupid, but guess who is laughing now. 🤣
Aaron Swartz led me to freedom tech. Jack Dorsey was once the love of my life. Learned, waited and watched. 99% are slaves to the richest 1 per cent. I’m never the beach to test. The end. 💜
A friend told me about bitcoin and I initially ignored it. He mentioned it again and I looked into and fell into the rabbit hole. From there I purchased my first bitcoin and received it in May 2013. I been in the ecosystem since then as a miner, content creator, coach, evangelist, investor, trader, ICO participate, podcast host and many other roles. "I am Bitcoin", said in my Batman voice.
friend messages me about NFT's via instagram. I text him on his phone# "bro, I think you've been hacked" he's like " no man, that was me..." Oh? tell me more then? Shit coins... Saylor compares bitcoin to gravity. Mind explodes. Mind still currently exploding.
Find bitcoin in 2015 and didn’t get it. Watch price run up in the bull marked. Look in to bitcoin again in 2020 took the time to understand. Changed my life⚡️
I read the white paper.
Went all in on GameStop before the squeeze and realized how easy it is for the market to be manipulated by the big players. Decided to take all of my money out of the legacy system and got into crypto big time. Lost some money in some stupid ways, but eventually went Bitcoin only after hearing Gladstein talk about how Bitcoin is used to free those under oppressed regimes. Haven't looked back since.
Hit bottom and realised the system was broken. Researched why went to jekyll island, found gold. Felt smug and learnt to trade the system h/t T. D. and Tone Vays. Backtested my genuis and discovered doing nothing is actually something in BTC land. Tried to self diagnose my continued symptoms of unease and found a well trodden path of "rabbit hole","bitcoin", "pleb" then was welcomed by freaks!
entered Bitcoin 2013 with a purchase of .15 btc. at the same time started to get into mountain biking, with a limited monthly spending allowance I shorted the corn and took out a 0% interest loan to buy an expensive bike. still today no regrets, HEALTH BEFORE WEALTH!
Been buying BTC since mid 2017. I have just sold my rental property and bought BTC with the proceeds. I have just withdrawn my pension and bought BTC with the proceeds. I am now ready for the 24/25 bull run.
Mine is the worst story so I'm not entering it At least I have bitcoin
I was orange pilled by a Robert Breedlove podcast in Nov 2021. I immediately went all in, including my retirement accounts. Then BTC crashed down to ~16K :). Luckily, I kept buying more the entire time. I never doubted the long term trajectory.
I had noticed something in 2020 The money magic which was found funky In order that I save myself and become hardy
Buy first bitcoin on 2016 for around 1000$ and sold and 950$ lol Proceed to buy ETH at 40$, sell at 400$ 2017 - Build 3 mining rigs, run them for few months and sold at 80% lose after bear market. Continue with shitcoins until 2021 then become a BTC maxi all the way.
Growing up I knew something in the economy was wrong. I couldn't buy an apartment even though my economy was strong. My colleague told me all about Bitcoin and Jimmy Song. I sold all my crap and went all in on bitcoin on a long. Now I've found a new community who seeks the truth and that's where I belong.
Never cared for money, (lived from $-500 to $2000) then started working and saved $10000. (crazy amount for me at that time). Researched how to invest money. Now 5 years later still live from -$500 to $2000 dollar on the bank account, but i do know 12 valuable words 😉
I discovered Bitcoin on the dark web but didn't pursue it further. I still believed Bitcoin was a bubble and invested in a shitcoin, which later crashed. I experimented with Bitcoin and shitcoins, learning the hard way that trading them wasn't profitable or smart. After reading and listening to experts and (What Bitcoin Did), I started buying and holding only Bitcoin. I'm now all in and see everything in terms of Bitcoin, continue to stack and hold responsibly, and try to educate others, including my friends!
