- Register at an exchange, find out I need to scan ID for KYC, said fuck that and didn't buy

2017:
- boom + bust, yeah glad I didn't get in on the hype

2020 till now:
- It's still here, might need to finally bite the (KYC) bullet. start accumulating, "diversify" into shitcoins as well, realise I'm a moron, reverse course to BTC only, read nostr:npub1a2cww4kn9wqte4ry70vyfwqyqvpswksna27rtxd8vty6c74era8sdcw83a book, conviction stronger than ever, set up my nodes, research every day.

Funnily enough, the exchange I didn't want to KYC at went bankrupt. I probably would've been burned so bad I'd have maybe never returned 🤷‍♂️ 

Not in it for the best story, and way over 5 lines, just here to say my conviction went exponential as well...
