 I think he means a page you can self host where you configure your npub and it just displays your long form notes. 

 I tried editing the default relays in habla to do this which works. But if someone logs in none of that happens, it'll just use their relaysand it shows everything. At the tim there was some cringe material on habla so I gave up

 Do you even need to rebuild the static site every time? You just need to embed the Nostr JavaScript code, right? The notes would pulled from relays.
