Yeah thatβs the mindset I used to have as well, but I do my blood work every 6 months and I saw that Iβm PERFECT when I have no sugar and no carbs like bread, cake, pasta .. π«£
Also yeah you are lucky to not gain weight. Iβm toned, but quite thin so when I donβt eat perfectly I am low on Iron, Zinc, Vitamin B12, Magnesium, Calcium and Vitamin D π€·ββοΈ then Iβm always super cold and my periods are more painful. So I try to eat healthy / clean more so for health vs not gaining weight.

Tbh idk it easing healthy of junk makes much difference for the experience of eating. Junk can be tasty of disgusting, healthy can also be really taste π. Best to eat tasty healthy foods π

lol yeah healthy and tasty is the best option for sure. But when there is chocolate, cookies, bread, pie, or cake in front of - I struggle to not eat the whole serving. π€¦ββοΈ
