In the third day after Jesus began His ministry, He attended a wedding in Cana of Galilee along with His mother, Mary, and His disciples. During the celebration, the hosts ran out of wine, which was a significant oversight for such an event.

Noticing this, Mary approached Jesus and informed Him of the situation. Jesus initially responded that His hour had not yet come, but Mary's faith compelled her to instruct the servants to do whatever Jesus said.

Jesus then directed the servants to fill six stone jars with water. Once filled to the brim, He instructed them to draw some out and deliver it to the master of the banquet. As they did, the water miraculously transformed into wine—remarkably better than what had been served previously.

The master of the banquet, unaware of the miracle's source, praised the bridegroom for saving the best wine for last. This miracle not only demonstrated Jesus's divine power but also served to affirm His disciples' faith in Him.
