oh ive had this issue. after awhile i would just start making wild monetary requests to the upside and down, attempt to setup appointments to show the property, and even direct calls from one agent to another.

something of the above worked because i stopped getting hassled about that property a few years ago. 

 Two years ago I would respond that I'd sell if they would take bitcoin 🤣 I had one respond and tell me Bitcoin was a scam... 😂  I don't see them any longer though because Google spam detection automatically sends them to spam now 

 Find the address of that property and send out invites to a party at that address
