 Freedom of speech is an unalienable right. Unalienable rightrs are not granted by governments and they cannot be taken away by any government or person.

Freedom of speech is not granted by the 1st Amendment.  The 1st Amendment explicitly tells the goernemtn that it shall not infringe on the freedom of speech or on the freedom of religion.
