 18/6 fasting for the last 5 years has been life changing. 
Weight never changes (rarely) & energy levels/sleep are great. 
Also quitting alcohol a year ago was huuuuuuuuuge.  

Do with this what you may. 
 Can you jump straight to 18/6 or should you try to ease into it? 
 Dive right in. Breakfast is for wimps. 
Lunch too. 

You’ll eat an earlier dinner, maybe 5 or 6pm at first & try not to eat past 10pm.  9pm if you’re really good. 
It ain’t the military so there are Sundays I do breakfast with the little lady. Otherwise it’s easy.
