Every negative feeling, thought & action that you experience is because you have a belief that doesn't align with your true nature. Beliefs are just agreements that you've made & definitions of the things that you perceive. Your beliefs are simply the lens through which you perceive this reality. Beliefs are far easier to shift than your feelings, thoughts & actions. Identifying misaligned beliefs is the harder part, it requires inward reflection & honest assessment. Ask "what is it that I believe to be true that no longer serves me?"
