I did spend 65 grand on a Shotgun 10 years ago. I don't feel this bad but well, I don't like thinking about it.
1 BTC valued at about 600 dollars for one Browning A4 valued at the time at about 1500 dollars. Gun is worth may be 2K today. 🤷 we all learn in our time.
@saylor says "we all get the price we deserve".
I say that we all earn the price we HODL to as well. #neverselling

Ok, I'm curious...what shotgun is worth $65K?
Clearly you didn't understand the OP or my post.
No--I'm simply curious (nothing at all to do with your post) 😃
Was a serious question...
To satisfy your curiosity:
Krieghoff K-80 Parcours
Depending on the customizations you want for your competition gun
Hmmm...so $50K in engraving (really pretty btw) and another $15K or so for the gun itself...
Hadn't considered engraving (was thinking $65K for just the shotgun)...
Thanks--that makes sense.
Fyi i think @jackspirko was simply adjusting for the exchange rate difference in bitcoin between then and now 😂
Like how laszlo spent 10k bitcoins on pizza which is now worth a clickbaity fuckton of dollars
Ahhh...I get it now (duh--I'm an idiot).
But I did learn Krieghoff engraving is amazing! 😃
Your failure to spend and replace is the lesson you should have learned. You can't beat yourself up for using bitcoin as a mediun of exchange in the past.
At least a shotgun is cool.
I spent tens of millions of sats on Diet Mountain Dew.😭
