This headline is inaccurate.
Inaccurate in the sense that it only looks into how many unread emails are in the inbox. But anecdotally, I have seen those in Gen Z having issues with communicating via email
I'm Gen Z, it's not accurate because it's saying an entire generation is stressed because of email. I'm stressed because the economy is trash and the likelihood of me ever being able to own any property at all without having to get massive loans to do so is all but gone. I don't care about emails at all.
I would argue some (but not all) of Gen Z lack communication skills, which leads to stress in any type of communicating, including email. But I say not all because there are obvious exceptions, and Gen Z folk who have more important worries than email, and you are a great example of someone who prioritizes their worries correctly 🫂💜🤙
