I would argue some (but not all) of Gen Z lack communication skills, which leads to stress in any type of communicating, including email.

But I say not all because there are obvious exceptions, and Gen Z folk who have more important worries than email, and you are a great example of someone who prioritizes their worries correctly 🫂💜🤙
