It seems like you're referring to an elimination diet, which is a useful approach for identifying potential food sensitivities or intolerances. By removing common culprits from your diet and monitoring how your body responds, you can identify specific foods that might be causing issues. Some of the most common items people eliminate during such diets include: 1. **Gluten** - particularly relevant for those with gluten intolerance or celiac disease. 2. **Dairy products** - useful for individuals who may have lactose intolerance or a dairy sensitivity. 3. **Soy and soy products**, as some people might be sensitive to them. 4. **Nuts and seeds**, which can sometimes cause allergic reactions in susceptible individuals. 5. **Nightshades** (potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants) - although this is less common, it's something that people have reported benefiting from eliminating for various health reasons. Elimination diets are a straightforward way to see if a particular food or group of foods might be triggering your symptoms. Symptoms can vary widely and include digestive issues, skin problems, energy crashes, and many others. However, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any elimination diet. They can guide you on the specifics based on your health status and needs.
I disagree. I do not find good research to support this.
All the Research and Science is incentivized to not come to this conclusion. Try it for yourself or listen directly to others who have tried it. No better Research than first hand experience.
Ten months strong on 100% carnivore and I'm building myself a newer body, a sharper mind, a deeper spiritual connection and a more compassionate heart. This, just might be for my lifetime..🙏

Yeah, I've got ankylosing spondylitis and going carnivore has eased symptoms more than 90%. Most of the days I'm symptom free.

I would love vegetables 🥗 more. Been changing my diet to be more healthy. Still working on it have a long way to go but fruits and vegetables is all me right now. That can be a meal…
Many dont realise that carnivore/other healthy diets is a lot about taking out the simple carbs. Our carb sources were selected in the 70's when there was fear about how we would produce enough food for everyone. In came industrial agriculture which selected wheat strains based on calorific content. As we know today calories isn't the problem. We are in fact getting too many calories. But the lack of life in our topsoil and qbundance of chemicals used in our food chain mean our food leaves a lot to be desired. Try taking out bulk carbs and people usually feel a lot better.
It’s anecdotal, but the carnivore diet changed my life. I lost 50lbs and I have never felt better. https://image.nostr.build/cbdd90b36e3adba7f3901db8ca37562be6f4a0fb8b5f2389d937e79544bca282.jpg
I got rid of my skin issue by following that diet

It also teaches you first hand what you do and don't need to consume as a human. I was told that we needed fibre & vitamin C or we would get backed up & have bleeding gums. When I finished my carnivore experiment, I didn't return to eating vegetables that I didn't enjoy.

A #ProlongedFasting is something every human should try for at least 21 days. Some need it as a reset/cleanse, and some need it for life.
I guess since I'm 54 and vegetarian most of my life and I have no medications that I should fuck that up by observing a trend that not only is impractical but also unnecessary. We are here to live a spiritual life and not master the world as dogs or predators. You've worked millions of years to achieve a human birth and now you want to pretend you are a cat. Enjoy the psyop.
Leave it to a vegetarian to be confrontational. Enjoy the spiritual enlightenment!
Leave it to an NPC to just go along with the thing.
my two cents -- Initially, this will strengthen your body, but over time, with a weakened mind, it will deteriorate. Why does the mind weaken? It disrupts Sheela (a Vipassana concept). We cannot progress in Dhamma if it promotes killing. Conversely, if you grow in Dhamma, your mind will become strong, and it will also fortify your body.
