Yes absolutely. I've realized this with my Bitcoin only graphic design business. It's evolved because of AI. People would like to do it themselves because they have the idea and they know what they want when they see it and now have a tool to create something. 

Sometimes all they really need help with is refining the GRAPHIC when they can't get it exactly right, or changing the font to something that suits the idea better. Mostly it's assistance with making a digital vector product of the AI generated logo which can be used for different branding applications - like social media or printing etc.
