The reason WoT works is because it happens at the margins.
Which means that if my social network wants to “pill on” on reporting someone, say because they want to cancel some Alex Jones character, they are free to do so and my tooling could reflect that my social circle has ostracized that npub.
That wouldn’t have an effect on other parts of the social graph or the network at large or to other algorithms and tools.
So yeah, I think it would be useful if tooling would report/flag accounts the user follows that their graph has indicated is suspicious.
