Yup 

I wonder if people would want a feature that alerts them if they’re following someone who has been reported or muted above some threshold number of times, so they can review and check if it was a careless follow 

otoh we wouldn’t want a system that could cause a positive feedback loop and result in an innocent account getting piled-on
