what’s your favorite way to stop a cold when you feel ill?
Fast for 48 hours.
Vitamin C 🍊🍋🍋🟩☕️🫖🥵
Double dose of dyquil or nyquil
I've never found anything that works. But what I try is ginger and turmeric shots, lots of teas, those effervescent vitamin c things, oranges, lemon, honey. I like to think it may be making it less bad. But who knows:)
thank you, my brother is a dj who does shows almost every night, has been feeling sick all the time, trying to help him out :/
I hope someone mentions some less obvious remedies I think mine was the usual stuff. Always on the look out for something like this. People also swear by echinacea These twa powders are also often recommended (you can probably find something very similar). Again, I haven't tried anything. That works, but teas are nice anyway lol https://image.nostr.build/493efdbd02d9795916956d2a75da67f29ca7d203313647f60d8d767140acf595.jpg
lets my body do the work for me worked all the time...
Rest, ginger lemon honey tea, watching old films for the millionth time.
Now that I have kids rest and watching movies all day is not an option. I stay with the tea but it's not enough, got sick 10 days ago, still not fully recovered 😭.
echinacea, but usually I just hydrate, get balanced electrolytes, eat well & get tired enough to sleep well. If I just lounge around all day, I don't sleep well, and that just extends the recovery.
Fast. Your body is telling you to take a break.
Fancy tea
Echinacea extract from Gaia. Works every time
realizing, that according to German new medicine the symptoms you are experiencing are already the healing phase of an earlier conflict in the boby and psychy. so there's nothing to do. get comfy and tend to your self in your favorite ways. hot drinks, cosy blankets, a movie, a bath, chicken soup.
We like the propolis-infused honey 🫡 Orange liquid good
Boil water, pour into a pot, put your face above the pot, cover your head with a towel and inhale that steam for a couple mins. This is magic for helping the sinus Aside from that, drink warm water + ginger + honey + lemon
