So... my first Nest trial was unsuccessful.
I couldn't see anyone but "Guests" in the audience.
I couldn't figure out how to invite anyone up on stage with me.
I assume my mic was working, but it's kind of clunky and hard to reach behind the nest URL at the bottom of the screen.
I may have to wait until someone with experience runs a Nest and hopefully I can join them on stage for a bit to play around with the features and figure out what's going on.
As of today, I miss the UI/UX of Spaces, but am confident that the features will improve on #nostr going forward.

We could hear you for a few seconds intermittently.
Damus and Primal apps both linked your nest room to a website that requires “login” and not the private key. So I joined as a “guest” and because of that the controls for replying and being invited up were grayed out.
Missed it ! Next time will try to join .
It’s not perfect but it does work smooth !
Ability to join even without an npub is funny though

Hivetalk isn’t just video, it has the availability for it but it’s not JUST video it would be your best alternative to something like spaces
yeah, you picked the wrong app. nests is very buggy and does not appear to be maintained. i had these same issues over and over that you experienced. (no repo commits in months).
