 We all charge for our time but things change when we aren't payed enough.

Your customer service is really amazing I must say that. Answers to our questions in your forum are answered quickly and professionaly and I understand these technicians needs to be compensated somehow. 

You (as a person) have also been long enough on the internet to know that one-time payments solutions rarely played out well on the long run. I've seen this and experienced that a few times. Services went completely away or they switched to subscription models or they've been bought out by VCs and I always turn back to subscription models and drastic changes  VCs are forcing. 

That's why I started to have doubts and have that annoying question in my head what if.

All I wish is, #DIY community not being left on the side and locked out from accessing certain features in the future.
