 @realcaseyrollins ✝️ i'm not sure. people put up appearances and it's hard to see what's underneath.
 That’s true, but I think people “on the ground” are infinitely more real than people on social media
 @c721880c @realcaseyrollins ✝️
It's very easy to see through bullshit.

Just take off your indoctrination glasses
 This makes no sense. We’re talking about people here, interpersonal relationships and dynamics specifically.
 @realcaseyrollins ✝️ @c721880c

Correct.
Most people have been trained to believe the appearances.
Ohh you have a degree, you must be smart, oh you were glasses, oh, you dress sloppy I shouldn't take you seriously.

When you drop all this indoctrination, it's much easier to see through people's faux personas, or masks they were, friends or otherwise.

I find enjoyment in playing with this indoctrination of people irl.
 @realcaseyrollins ✝️ @c721880c

Take you and I for example.

Because I challenge you as I do, but at the same time have inane throwaways, like #Flatmoontheory you dismiss me as a right wing troll.
Whereas you take Mr maggots seriously, despite his consistent closemindedness and contradictions, his hashing is #liberalvalues which he typically doesn't actually have, but you believe these presentations.

It's all quite interesting to me.

Most people have been trained to believe the appearances.

Oh I see. I think these things are more leaned than taught, no? I think of indoctrination as a case of an authority figure or institution force-feeding a specific narrative, what you’re describing here seems to be mere pattern recognition.

you dismiss me as a right wing troll

When did I do this?
 @realcaseyrollins ✝️

"Hating writers and actors wholesale because many of them are “woke” and you’re “right wing” is cult like behavior."

That's how I read this, I'd have to go back in history to find other instances. Perhaps I'm wrong, but this has been my impression.
 Wasn’t that because I misinterpreted what you said? Because you said you wanted everyone in #Hollywood to fail and I thought that meant that you hated them? A fair conclusion to make BTW.
 @realcaseyrollins ✝️
exactly.
And why did you misinterpret me?
Is this not the point being made?
I'll continue to prove these things and you'll continue to want me to be incorrect, why is that?

And why did you misinterpret me?

Because it was the interpretation that made the most sense.

I’ll continue to prove these things and you’ll continue to want me to be incorrect, why is that?

I like to push and poke a little. It’s easier to make a statement than to back it up. Sometimes things seem like they make sense but after some prodding, you’ll find that there’s no factual or logical basis for the position.
 @realcaseyrollins ✝️ if this were the case you'd be pondering on my engagements more rather than responding in a defensive position.
 What makes you think I’m doing the latter rather than the former?
 @realcaseyrollins ✝️ the past several times I've engaged you.
 @realcaseyrollins ✝️

Maybe is jordan peterson weren't staring at you so creepily with his proclivities it'd be different.🤣
 Maybe. It’s weird 😂

I have no bad blood against you BTW, I enjoy engaging with you. At the end of the day it doesn’t really matter if you think I’m defensive or not.
 @realcaseyrollins ✝️ I don't think you have bad blood at all.

But I DO believe you have a certain impression based on my presentation, and quite likely how I blast maggots, which speaks to my response of the sentiment you originally put forth.
 Fair enough. I like giving people the benefit of the doubt, but if someone is overtly aggressive, I’ll question that approach.
 @realcaseyrollins ✝️
Life teaches.
Life isnt soft, its hard.
Therefore softness teaches no lessons.
 I see too many people being harsh while spreading lies to assume that someone is telling the truth while being overtly aggressive.
 @realcaseyrollins ✝️

As for calling it something people have learned rather than indoctrination is that not the arguement used by actual racists for not having respect for black folks? So when it's useful for you to not be wrong it's OK but for @2a48eef0 it's that he's a racist.
While I understand his general position, I don't agree with his use of this arguement any more than yours.

To be fair, i do understand the way I press people's preconceived notions makes them feel defensive.
