 Btw,  just so we’re clear.  The Cell Biologist that won the noble prize for the discovery of autophagy didn’t do random trials on humans.  So Dr Dice Layne doesn’t know what he’s talking about.  This is the reason I was actually researching it tonight and watching his presentation. For non biased answers
