Where the hell do I have to go to find an upscale resort that isn't overrun by instawhores?
Damn that's terrible. Which resort is it?
I’m just going to leave this here… https://image.nostr.build/bddaabe84343ea86e14b3db3de9ae6a119a6d1f0eae4d132079b517e49889cbf.jpg
Complaining about instawhores at upscale resorts is hilarious. Maybe resorts aren't your thing. I've never been to one in my life but my idea of traveling is pretty much runs counter to what resorts offer. Not much sympathy here, sorry not sorry 😂

They exist. But they are small. How much are you willing to spend?
Let's say a grand per day.
hi, we interact very occasionally on twitter, how can i find accounts to follow on here?
Have you tried the primal client? It seems to have more options for viewing topics and trending stuff. Discoverability is still a weakness of nostr.
Will try, cheers
ok, got it, it has a bitcoin wallet too? it seems to want personal data for that so won't be doing that
Looks like it. I myself use Amethyst along with Zeus wallet for managing zaps.
ok, cheers
ok, the search function is nice, cool :)
Not enough, to be honest. I’ve been surprised to see full-on selfie photoshoots at hotels at that level. Get up to $2k-$3k and it’s rarer, but money doesn’t buy class.
Yeah I'm thinking it's less about money and more about time required to reach the location.
I’d take two sides on that. On the one hand, the more remote, the more effort required, the more likely to attract a certain type of discerning traveler. I’ve certainly found places in French Polynesia and Thailand that fit the bill. On the other hand, Trolltunga (Norway) is remote AF and insta-crowds ruined it, regardless.
Why would you want such vacancy?
Privacy and solitude are priceless.
