For however long this remains true about Nostr, I am grateful. It has made for a truly refreshing and remarkable online social experience. https://image.nostr.build/5597488938e6d27dd2a46831e70bc708b0f6ec6a442d7c9a4b0b7e6cda4ef5e1.jpg
 Very cool sign sir!
 💜🤙
Can you start with the str.

Also if this changes I’m out. 😂
I know I’m pipe dreaming but I hope we never get ads here!
I agree, at least not in the way we’ve seen them on every other platform. I don’t mind at all if someone wants to zap me with a link 🤣 But I’d like to be able to set a threshold/criteria for what they can send.
Pour leur montrer peut-être que vous n'êtes pas à vendre et ni être leur esclave addict et conditionné par leurs 'directives j' espère
What you think about sponsor links embedded in a client? Not sure how to do this tastefully… but needs to happen to pay my bills. Ideas?
Moi de même le pire monde Fiat sans pitié
 NO STRings attached
Every time I peek at twitter I'm reminded of how refreshing nostr is. It truly is a great experience without engagement algos.
 💯
But being manipulated into anger is so much fun…
I had lots of curiousity conversations with the last variation... I'm going to take this one over for a followup 😊🤙
 Awesome! 🙌
 🫂
It’s just techies and #Bitcoin guys for now
 Qu'ils le demeurent à 💯
But #Nostr won’t scale till the normies start using it
No overlords must be added there.
Great comedy timing from Jack tbh;);););););)

 🤣
I love the result 💜 but don’t understand how it stays afloat w/o ads or subscriptions.
 I read that as no STD’s 🤷‍♂️
Probably not as long as everyone would like....

Fully agree, but I kinda want algorithms here. Algorithms that are fully open source and that the user can turn off or change at any time.

I don't see algorithms as something necessarily bad, just the closed sourced corporate owned ones are.
Yea not all algos are equal. Content or user discovery algos seem beneficial, especially if the user has options to choose from many and turn them off. The algos I’m talking about though are the manipulative engagement-seeking algos that exist to ultimately serve advertiser and other corporate interests.
 NO impositions.
