I have seen someone’s tumbled rocks that were beautiful and thought holy shit those are just common rocks from the river???

i was just remembering being so simple and happy, a pretty rock could capture my attention 

 watching a kid go through this fascination right now brings it back, pockets full of stones on every trip into the mountains and rivers
