🙏 No need to believe. Our own thoughts, our reaction to outside stimuli are the only thing that can cause anxiety. And that is 100% in the realm of our responsibility. It can lead far astray if we start putting the blame for psychological conditions on outside circumstances. The root cause is within us. But I agree ... a healthy, alive diet helps us to become aware of our subconscious reaction patterns, absolutely 🙏
