Yes, this paper documents ways of tracking information about lightning translations, presented last week by two researchers at a university in Dresden.

Lightning is not a privacy solution. It is not stress-tested and anybody trying to sell it as a solution for Bitcoin privacy is either ignorant or intellectually dishonest.
