 You’ve been doing these for a while now. How many days did it take before it stopped being difficult? 
 I saw improvement faster than I expected. Days 10 or 20 were a lot easier than day 1. Still a challenge though! 
 If you are overweight like me it takes a while, more like 30-45 days before you are just less sore. You should always be pushing yourself a little while doing the pushups. That said, listen to your body! If you are in pain or feel a pop; don’t do the pushups for a day or two and do 100 squats, lunges, or sit ups.  
Don’t wait start today! You’ll thank us later!
