 If you are overweight like me it takes a while, more like 30-45 days before you are just less sore. You should always be pushing yourself a little while doing the pushups. That said, listen to your body! If you are in pain or feel a pop; don’t do the pushups for a day or two and do 100 squats, lunges, or sit ups.
