To the feds, I think bitcoin is way worse than the automotive field, happy to be wrong, but suits care way more about protecting their money than they do modified cars.
What I'm arguing is that the feds are a mafia, they make up rules as they go along to do whatever they want. Were were told "We don't want people like you in business" over a phone call. The constitution means nothing to them, unless you have deep pockets, find good federal judges, have really good lawyers, and a few years worth of time to take them on in court. In that meantime you operating funds will be seized, any computers/equipment usually gets taken, the IRS usually shows up for an audit of you business, your personal finances, and your family finances.
Do you think they just want to beat up car people? Gun guys have it way worse.
I agree they are a mafia and I see your points. It can happen and I would plan for that if I did use casa. But if feds do kick down their doors, you still have your two keys and casa can’t force you to KYC if they don’t have your info. I imagine this structure was intentional.
You're right. However I still don't think it would look pretty when they do come up with a fresh pair of shiny boots. Worse case they force the business to shut down I suppose.
