Jennifer Petersen filed 71 challenges in the district where her younger child goes to school, against books such as “Red, White and Royal Blue,” which is about a relationship between the son of a U.S. president and an English prince, and Jodi Picoult’s “Nineteen Minutes,” a novel about a school shooting. The REAL CRIMINALS are those who Actually ban the books. Plenty of people challenge books in My neighborhood, but they NEVER get banned.
