I have quite a decent amount of knowledge in health and well being as I qualified as a DNA practitioner for sports recovery and performance. plus I've consulted for a company that tackling the problem of inflammation and people's cellular health. it's something I'm highly passionate about in helping others make better choices. I'm sorry if you thought I was attacking but I see so much crap online where people think they're experts and they clearly aren't. As soon as you think you know everything....you know nothing (as the old saying goes). Nutrition is not a one size fix all. To you point about Autophagy I'm all for doing what we can!!!
