Imagine importing almost exclusively males and thinking the birth rates would go up. Also imagine thinking this disbalance wouldn't lead to violence and rape rates mooning.
These numbers are hopeless. Anything below 2 is going straight up lower the next years. Just math. Rates are compounding. Low fertility leads to even lower in the future. But there is hope! We already have all these "services", they're just provided by different departments and multiple levels of government. This could totally be written up into a very typical whitepaper proposing another typical MOGing, for efficiency by reducing duplication. And any major party could support it. Good point. Trying to decide which big four party would be the first to introduce it. Can't rule any out. Their processes would be very different.
Also parents can’t be trusted to put enough Pharma products in their kids. The State can be sure to poison them enough for a lifetime of disease
