These numbers are hopeless. Anything below 2 is going straight up lower the next years. Just math. Rates are compounding. Low fertility leads to even lower in the future. 

But there is hope!
Remember those fields in Matrix where humans were grown? This would work. I wonder if Ursula discussed that with WEF.
